The newly designed gastronomic restaurant « La Table du Pigonnet » with its sleek, refined décor complements the chef’s innovative take on Mediterranean-influenced and local cuisine, with passion for the best seasonal products from exceptional producers.
Mickaël FEVAL is a dedicated young professional whose approach to food is passionate and adventourous. He received a rigorous training in the kitchens of the prestigious Plaza Athénée hotel, before working alongside some of France’s most renowned chefs: Bernard Loiseau, Bruno Oger and Antoine Westermann. In 2010 his hard work was rewarded when he won the Champagne Jacquart award for the most promising young talent on the French gastronomic scene. He then went on to obtain one Michelin star in 2011 at the restaurant Antoine in Paris. This young chef, like all true artists, is a perfectionist; sourcing only the very best seasonal ingredients, chiefly from the Aix-en-Provence region, to create an inventive and imaginative menu. The restaurant opens on to a spacious paved terrace, opened to guests on sunny days and shaded by venerable chestnut trees, offering magnificent views of the hotel grounds.

Market fresh « Menu du Marché », for lunch from Monday to Saturday.

The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday.
Closed on Monday and Tuesday from January 1st, 2014 to April 17th, 2014 included.
Lunch is served from noon to 2pm, and dinner from 7pm to 10pm.
