Rates 2013

RESERVATIONS:

To guarantee your reservation, you must provide us with your credit card number, its expiry date and its security number (the last three digits on the back of the card).

To confirm your reservation, we will debit your card for the entire amount of your stay. Charges for other services are to be paid directly at the Hotel le Pigonnet.

Your reservation, once validated by our reservations department and guaranteed by your credit card details, is considered to be a firm and definitive booking (unless you cancel within the standard cancellation terms and conditions). The fact that you have supplied Hotel Le Pigonnet with your credit card details commits you to the Hotel le Pigonnet and implies that you have accepted its standard terms and conditions of sale.

The reservation is guaranteed in line with the rates and conditions indicated for the chosen period.

The hotel reserves the right to alter rates if the number of persons occupying the room(s) is other than the number of persons specified in the booking.

These rates and standard terms and conditions may not be maintained in subsequent bookings.

CANCELLATION:

Notice of cancellation must be given by fax, email or letter.

- A cancellation up to 21 days before your arrival date will lead to the full reimbursement of the amount of your stay.
- A cancellation made between 21 days and 48 hours of your arrival date will lead to reimbursement of the amount of your stay minus the rate for one night.
- Within 48 hours of your arrival data, the full amount of your stay will be retained.
