One of Le Pigonnet’s greatest assets is the team which has become one big family focused on hospitality, sharing the same desire to make guests happy at our country home. Some have been working here for over 20 years and share the same values as many loyal patrons.

FRÉDERIC BOIVENT

GENERAL MANAGER

A new challenge for the former director of the Palace, Les Prés d'Eugenie - Michel Guerard, who now takes control of the elegant Provencal mansion. Frederic Boivent's career led him first to evolve for some ten years in some of London's finest establishments (Ritz London, One Aldwych Hotel), then in the Channel Islands in Jersey. Back in France, he took part in the opening of the hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez and was at the head of several Relais & Châteaux properties and not least as General Director of the Château de Mirambeau 5 *.

 
 
 

MEKKI SALMI

ACCOMMODATION MANAGER

One of the youngest Clés d’Or of his class, Mekki Salmi has worked in prestigious establishments to play a key role in the Pigonnet today as Rooms Division Manager. At your service, he will be attentive to your well-being during your stay.

 

 

 

 

 

 

BENJAMIN BOURCE

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Benjamin Bource, emblematic character of "La Table du Pigonnet", joined the Pigonnet as head waiter and grew up with the hotel and restaurant. Today, he is the guardian of the spirit of the place and has become the friend of many loyal guests.

HEAD CHEF

Thierry Balligand, composes the menus of the fine dining restaurant. Tapas at the bar, business or family occasions, gourmet menus, his cuisine is simple and respectful of local produce and season, it has delighted the taste buds of locals and visitors for more than 20 years.
