One of Le Pigonnet’s greatest assets is the team which has become one big family focused on hospitality, sharing the same desire to make guests happy at our country home. Some have been working here for over 20 years and share the same values as many loyal patrons.

Meet a few of us...

TATIANA HALIMI

HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

“Tania” as her friends call her, is our young, ambitious and incredibly energetic general manager.

Straight after graduating from the Lausanne hospitality school, she started working in luxury events for Mosimmann, including a stint for the Queen for England, the London 2012 Olympics and Sotchi 2014. Relaunching Le Pigonnet was a challenge perfectly in-line with her ambitions.

MEKKI SALMI

HEAD OF ACCOMMODATION

Mekki started out as a trained accountant working for luxury establishments. He made his place among the top Paris concierges and became the youngest Concierge Clés d’Or (golden key) of his year. He loves sharing his experience and learning more.

Mekki is reactive, hospitable, an abundance of information and is always available and courteous.

BENJAMIN BOURCE

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Everyone simply calls him Ben. Our restaurant manager puts guests at ease and makes them feel at home in our Garden of Eden.

We are fortunate to have loyal patrons who come to stay here not only for the settings, but because they feel so at home with Le Pigonnet family and Benjamin has become friends with many of them. You may have met him around 20 years ago when he started out as a waiter?

THIERRY BALLIGAND

HEAD CHEF

Thierry is as gentle as a lamb! Just like Benjamin, Thierry has become a well-known figure at Le Pigonnet over the years. Originally head pastry chef, he climbed the ranks and finally became chef and created the menu for La Table du Pigonnet.

Being a chef is like conducting an orchestra, creating and directing day after day. You could not be in better hands!
